Hydrophilic amino silicone oil is a newly developed new generation of self-emulsifying amino silicone oil. Because its structure has hydrophilic reactive amino groups, it does not require surfactants and is easily dispersed by water. It is a basic combination specially used in textile softener and lubricant formulations. It can be used alone, or together with other silicon or non-silicon softeners. This compatibility makes it possible to mix special softeners. It can give the fabric durable hydrophilicity, softness, wrinkle resistance, moisture absorption, and easy decontamination. It is suitable for cotton, linen, wool, and can also be used for polyester, acrylic and blended fabrics. It is widely used in moisture-absorbing and breathable fabrics. Clothing, bath towels, towels, children's clothing, maternal and baby products, the finishing effect depends on the formula and dosage level.

Characteristic:

Dilution method:

1. It is recommended to use after diluting with water (it is recommended to use after diluting to 10-30% concentration. Take 20% as an example: first weigh 20g 805 oil, add 0.3g glacial acetic acid, stir evenly, add water several times, be sure to After adding water, stir evenly and then add water, add 80g of water and dilute to 100g of uniform emulsion, filter for later use).

2. Appropriate addition of 3-10 emulsifier during the dilution process can make the stability of the diluted product better (generally, the dilution concentration is recommended to be between 10-30%). Products with too low concentration are recommended to be prepared with deionized water. At low concentrations, impurities in the water will affect the use of the working fluid.

• Specific gravity at 25℃: 0.98-1

• Effective content: 99.99%

• PH: 6-8.5

Use range:

The softener is suitable for the softening treatment of various fibers and fabrics, and has a particularly good softening effect on cotton, wool, linen, polyester, nylon and their blended fabrics. It can also be used to soften wigs, leather and artificial leather to improve softness and smoothness. The finishing effect depends on the formula and dosage level.

Instructions:

1. After dilution, it can be used in dipping, padding or spraying. Generally, it can be used in combination with other softeners and smoothing agents, or it can be used alone.

2. Please use it as soon as possible after preparation. The impurities in the water will affect the stability of the working fluid when the concentration is low. It is recommended to use it under the conditions of pH 4-7, temperature 10-35℃, and baking temperature 60-200℃.

3. The finishing effect depends on the formula and dosage level. Generally, the recommended dosage of 20% 805: 1-5% (owf), and the dosage can be increased or decreased according to the requirements of hand feeling.

Packaging, storage and transportation:

1. Packing: plastic drum, 50, 120, 200 KG each.

2. Transportation: It can be transported as non-dangerous goods.

3. Storage: It can be stored at room temperature to avoid direct sunlight. The shelf life in the original storage tank is 6 months.

4. If there is floating oil, stop using it immediately and contact the technical department.

5. Caution: Prevent the pollution of heavy metal ions, strong acid and strong alkali.
